Human Resources Coordinator
About this position
Human Resources Coordinator assist his/her supervisor in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, supporting with the implementation of the property’s policies, procedure, and overall HR systems.
Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment and pre-onboarding activities (e.g., sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews).
• Prepare onboarding kits for new hires.
• Assist with onboarding new hires (e.g., paperwork processing, orientation sessions).
• Provide administrative support for employee relations activities (e.g., leave requests, performance management).
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries and resolve basic HR-related issues.
• Maintain and update HR databases and information systems.
• Handle benefits administration tasks (e.g., enrollment, communication, processing claims, answering questions).
• Responsible for internal monthly activities (e.g., monthly birthday celebrations, welfare activities)
• Ensure all employee facilities are well functional and in a good appearance
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Previous hotel experience in Human Resources is preferred.
