• Drive Profitability: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
• Guest Experience: Oversee all operations to ensure a superior guest experience.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and control expenses.
• Service Excellence: Implement brand standards and drive continuous service improvement.
• Employee Management: Recruit, train, and develop a talented operations team.
• Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
• Operational Oversight: Conduct regular property inspections and address operational challenges.
• Decision Making: Make critical decisions to achieve property goals and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;
• Experience in the large hotel operations, especially in Food & Beverage and MICE.
• Working experience in Thailand is preferred.
