About this position

The Content and Creative Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies that align with the hotel's overall marketing goals. This position will play a crucial part in enhancing the hotel's brand image, engaging with target audiences, and driving online traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the hotel's brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials.
• Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all channels.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Social Media Management: Manage and oversee the hotel's social media channels, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative Direction: Oversee the creative direction of all marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the hotel's brand identity.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for content marketing initiatives.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in content/creative role in the hotel/travel/tourism industry, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Thai.
