The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, aligning with the company's standards for quality, service, and hospitality. This role involves managing staff, overseeing financial performance, and driving business growth through exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall F&B strategy, aligning with the hotel's business objectives.
• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, event spaces, and in-room dining.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B team, setting clear expectations and providing guidance for their professional growth.
• Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the F&B department.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food, beverage, and service.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards for all F&B products and services.
• Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of F&B staff.
• Cost Control: Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in F&B offerings and operations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Manager, Food & Beverage in a 5-star hotel or minimum 4+ years managerial experience in hotel Food and Beverage operations. (preferably in a 5-star hotel)
