Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
About this position
The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will be supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and contributing to the hotel's overall online success.
Responsibilities
Online Advertising:
• Develop and execute targeted online advertising campaigns to drive revenue for the hotel's F&B and Spa outlets.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
F&B and Spa Social Media:
• Manage and maintain social media accounts for all F&B outlets and Spa on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and blog posts, to showcase F&B outlets and Spa offerings.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Online Business Listings:
• Manage and optimize online business listings for F&B outlets and Spa on Google My Business (GMB), TripAdvisor, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is displayed across all listings.
• Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback.
Departmental Collaboration:
• Work closely with the F&B and Spa teams to coordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment with their goals.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials for F&B and Spa offerings.
• Provide support for special events and promotions.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing role in the hotel/travel/tourism industry, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Thai.
