About this position

The B2B Platform Product Owner will enhance and scale the bank's Embedded Banking Framework (EBF) SDK, driving the development of a modular, scalable SDK that serves as a business unit channel for various banking services.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the SDK’s roadmap to improve scalability and support diverse product use cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align the SDK’s capabilities with business goals
• Ensure the SDK can support all business units (Retail Banking, Retail Credit, Business Banking) and partner-specific customizations
• Translate business requirements into product features and specifications
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in Retail Banking, Retail Credit, and Business Banking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A growth mindset and a passion for innovation in the banking industry
