Partnership Team Lead
About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify, prospect, and initiate relationships with potential partners (e.g. Fintech, Logistics, E-Commerce, OTA, Healthcare, Retail, etc)
• Partner Ecosystem Mapping: Understand where the company fits within a broader partner ecosystem and how to strategically position the product
• Outreach & Pitching: Build relationships with potential partners, clearly communicating the value of the embedded banking services and how it fits into their customer experience or business model
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure that potential partners meet regulatory, security, and operational standards, especially in the highly regulated financial services space
• Partner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including contract negotiation, legal agreements, and alignment on shared goals, compliance requirements, and expectations
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degrees from any field are welcome
• Experience working in a SaaS or Banking service company for at least 3-5 years
• Strong track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, including managing negotiations, closing deals, and driving revenue through partner channels
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or third-party service providers
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements
Bonus point if:• Proven experience in partnership management or business development in the banking, fintech, or embedded finance sectors
