Customer Service & Complaint Management Intern
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in providing support to customers requesting data updates (Phone Numbers, Emails, and Bank Accounts) while following established SOPs
• Help explain Tunaiku’s KTA products and services in a clear and concise manner to customers
• Support the team in building and maintaining positive relationships with Tunaiku customers
• Assist in documenting customer requests for data changes and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping
Requirements
• Final-year student with no remaining classes or fresh graduate in any major
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist and resolve customer concerns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available for a 3-months internship
