About this position
As a Business Development Circle Lead, you will identify potential new channels for sales growth and create a sales strategy to achieve sales targets while building strong relationships with established channel partners.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that the sales channel targets built achieve the targets set by the business
• Recommend strategies, innovation ideas, and automation for sales channel growth
• Create a strategic plan to achieve the targets of the business
• Develop and communicate sales strategies to partners
• Manage partners to drive sales growth
• Coordination with related departments or units to ensure overall business objectives are achieved
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably Banking, Insurance, Fintech
• Good communication skills both writing and speaking
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill
• Possess a strong drive and self-motivated to make things happen especially in leading projects and initiatives
