About this position

The Accounting & Regulatory Reporting Application Analyst ensures accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports (OJK, BI, LPS), optimizes reporting processes using automation and AI, and maintains compliance with the latest regulations. The role involves collaborating with teams, managing financial data with tools like SQL, and handling ad-hoc tasks. Familiarity with key banking regulations, and a proactive mindset, making this an excellent opportunity for those keen on driving improvements in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement process and system enhancements using automation tools, AI, and other technologies to optimize reporting and controls
• Deliver reports to the regulator (OJK, BI & LPS) accurately and submit it in a timely manner
• Control of the accounting entry and recording of Bank’s transactions follow the latest regulation
• Deliver financial data & reports for internal purposes and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and developments based on regulatory changes
• Keep updated with the latest regulation & coordinate for required development with relevant teams as needed
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Min. 3-5 years in the enhancement regulatory reporting area from Banking sector or IT Consultant in banking sector is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00 from a reputable university
• Experience in SQL or other database tools to manage and analyze financial data
• Proficiency in process automation tools and advanced Excel functions or AI tools for data processing & analysis
• Familiar with the reporting regulations such as Pedoman Antasena, PLPS SCV, POJK Kualitas Aset, POJK Transparansi & Publikasi, SEOJK BPAK
• Have extensive knowledge of banking transactions & activities, journal entries & regulatory reporting preparation
• Proactive, adaptable, and keen on continuous learning and development
