Front Office Internship
About this position
According to the service standards of Aman and the hotel to provide heartfelt and attentive service to our guests as Front Desk Intern or Butler.
Responsibilities
• Greeting and serving guests in a professional, gracious manner
• Observing and learning from experienced staff to acquire knowledge of hotel management and operations
• Assisting in the departmental operations, including providing service and other daily operations
• Assisting in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all guest areas
• Communicating effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors
• Participating in training and development opportunities as required
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Hospitality, Business or Tourism
• Speak fluent in Mandarin and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
