F&B Service Intern
About this position
According to the service standards of Aman and the hotel to provide heartfelt and attentive service to our guests.
Responsibilities
• Greeting and serving guests in a professional, gracious manner
• Observing and learning from experienced staff to acquire knowledge of hotel management and operations
• Assisting in the food and beverage operations, including providing service and other daily operations
• Assisting in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all guest areas
• Communicating effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors
• Participating in training and development opportunities as required
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Hospitality, Business or Tourism
• Speak fluent in Mandarin and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
