Site Admin (Real Estate)
About this position
The Site Admin (Real Estate) is responsible for coordinating between the Head Office and Site Office, managing documentation, and overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate between the Head Office and Site Office.
• Manage and maintain document storage in compliance with company standards and oversee the organization of the site, including the installation of signage, drawings, and other equipment in accordance with standards.
• Prepare payment and work progress documents (Payment / GRN) for contractors.
• Handle the preparation of utility bills such as water, electricity, and internet for the project.
• Draft memorandums within the project between the Project Consultant and Contractors (Suppliers).
• Prepare and issue Purchase Requisition (PR) documents and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) with the purchasing department of the project.
• Oversee and manage the filing system of the unit.
• Prepare project tracking reports and other reporting documents.
• Manage and control stock inventory.
• Record meeting minutes.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Possess strong planning and improvement skills, as well as effective communication abilities.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
• Work efficiently and adapt readily to changes.
• Capable of working under high-pressure conditions.
