About this position

The Senior Human Resource Officer is responsible for formulating HRM and HRD policies, managing the HR budget, revising compensation structures, and overseeing recruitment and employee development processes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate human resource management (HRM) and human resource development (HRD) policies in alignment with the organization’s business objectives.
• Prepare the annual budget for the Human Resources department to be in line with the company’s allocated central budget.
• Revise the compensation structure and employee benefits to align with the company’s policies.
• Review the necessary training plans for employees in each department according to the Training Roadmap.
• Support each department in developing job descriptions (JD) for specific positions.
• Implement career development plans to provide employees with challenging career progression opportunities within the organization.
• Organize the end-to-end recruitment process, prepare all necessary documents for employment, and draft employment contracts.
• Establish recruitment policies to ensure qualified candidates are hired within the required time frame.
• Manage performance evaluations using OKRs to measure outcomes.
• Oversee annual activities to ensure they meet set targets and objectives.
• Revise and improve forms used by the Human Resources department.
• Update the organizational structure and manpower planning to match the company’s business growth.
• Adjust the organizational chart and job position structure according to company policies.
• Audit the payroll system to ensure accurate employee salary payments.
• Monitor employee discipline to comply with labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Political Science, Public Administration, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years in experience in human resource management.
• Experience in HR management within the real estate business (preferred but not required).
• Proficient in using the B-Plus system.
• Proficiency in using language for accurate communication, including Thai and English.
• Competency in using payroll systems.
• Ability to explain human resource functions clearly.
• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Good interpersonal skills, maintaining positive interactions with others, and a cheerful demeanor.
