About this position

The Senior Customer Experience Officer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, coordinating repair requests, overseeing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Ensure projects are always in excellent condition.
• Coordinate repair requests, conduct inspections, and efficiently resolve issues for residents.
• Oversee repairs, update customers on progress, and schedule inspections for completed work within the specified timeframe.
• Provide guidance, handle service quality complaints, and ensure all defects are fully repaired.
• Source contractors for repairs according to the scheduled plan.
• Receive and forward customer repair requests to the relevant department for action.
• Inspect reserved homes, find contractors, submit quotations, and seek approval for repair work.
• Monitor repair work during the warranty period after property transfer.
• Coordinate between residents and contractors, track repair progress, and prepare reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year in experience in after-sales service in the real estate industry.
• Experienced in establishing juristic entities.
• Possess strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze and think systematically.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Passionate about service and has good interpersonal skills.
• Highly responsible and able to work under high pressure.
