Assistant Sales Manager (Real Estate)
About this position
The Assistant Sales Manager in Real Estate is responsible for finding new sales channels, analyzing customer data, overseeing sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring smooth operations. They must also develop the team's potential and adhere to company policies.
Responsibilities
• Find new sales channels for the company.
• Build competitive capabilities and develop new business channels for the company.
• Summarize and analyze customer data regarding purchasing behavior and customer needs, as well as competitors, to provide recommendations to the marketing department for marketing strategies.
• Coordinate both internally and externally to ensure smooth and timely work processes.
• Oversee the sales targets of the team to ensure they meet the established goals.
• Control and manage the team efficiently (conduct Sales meetings, review cases, manage Port, Sales, Finder, and individual Photo assignments).
• Resolve problems, make decisions, analyze issues, and support the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, monitor, and provide feedback to the sales team to foster development.
• Adhere to company policies effectively.
• Develop the team's potential and career advancement.
• Monitor and review all sales reports under your responsibility.
• Collect data, summarize sales reports, and handle other assigned tasks, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Sales.
• Manage and oversee on-site operations, sales offices, and sales equipment to ensure everything is in order.
• Conduct Sales team meetings and other meetings as assigned.
• Participate in presenting company policies.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field
• Minimum of 3-5 year's experience in real estate sales management.
• English communication skills with TOEIC score ≥ 500
• Good personality, good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively (Thai, English, or Chinese, Japanese.
• Basic understanding of business administration, finance, marketing, real estate business, architecture, or related field.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Ms. Office, Excel, CRM, NAV, or experience working with sales management systems.
• Ability to work under high pressure
