Altitude brand strongly engages in developing unique properties focusing on lifestyle, innovative design and premium locations. Our core business strategy is to develop a niche luxury projects in both high and low rise buildings utilizing relatively small plots of land in the most desirable locations. Altitude targets convenient areas for consumers where demand is high but supply is low.

About this position
Responsibilities
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of recording payment/receipts related to loans and interest income/expense.
• Ensure the weekly Cash Flow reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze trends, expenses, and costs as assigned by supervisors.
• Control, review, and verify payment documentation for accuracy and timeliness, and review the check register (expense ledger).
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to the NAV financial system.
• Manage and oversee the company’s cash flow to ensure funds are available for payments.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of bank reconciliation entries and ensure timely submission.
• Handle and coordinate various banking transactions.
• Cooperate and participate in company activities as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 3 years in experience in finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent skills in accounting software.
• Confident, with leadership qualities and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and accurate.
• Capable of working as part of a team.
• Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards.
• Knowledge of legal and tax regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
