Business Development Executive
About this position
The Business Development Executive is responsible for discovering opportunities, increasing revenue, maximizing profits, and building and maintaining relationships with clients to support sustainable financial growth.
Responsibilities
Market Positioning and Identify Opportunities
• Identify, analyze, and approach new potential customer
• Proactively identify new opportunities, and deliver ideal solutions to clients
• Identify and analyze emerging market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement or new product development by partnering closely with the Product Team or other departments if needed
Sales Activation
• Responsible for ensuring that all company requirements regarding new accounts creation are met
• Promote the company’s products/services that address or predicting clients’ objectives
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Proactively arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Negotiation and closing deals
Revenue & Profits Focused
• Sells products and services provided by the business while determining the value and profitability of each deal
• Responsible for ensuring that all customers created sustainably growing demands
• Investigate and analyze solutions to address customer challenges
• Provide regular reports, including forecasts, insights, areas for improvement, and a weekly update on client target achievement percentages for month-to-date (MTD) and year-to-date (YTD)
Requirements
• Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field such as Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related major (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• 0-2 years experience working in a Business Development or similar role in a Tech Company
• Proven risk experience in the Financial Industry is an additional value
• Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, including digital, big data, and related products
• Demonstrated perseverance in achieving targets
• Excel in building relationships, identifying new product opportunities, understanding client needs, and leveraging these insights to enhance sales opportunities
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa) and able managing relationships with stakeholders
• Excellence in making and effectively communicating an engaging presentation
