Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition across international markets
• A result-oriented approach with operational experience
• Ability to be a trusted advisor and solution-oriented partner to business stakeholders
• Systematic thinking with a knack for identifying priorities and clarity of thought
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a good listening ear to understand issues
• Insight into talent market dynamics across various regions
• Effective interpersonal skills and industry networking capabilities
• Excellent command of the English language
