Responsibilities
• Maintain monthly global Supply Chain KPI data and dashboards (OTIF, Hard Inventory, Missing Part, Inventory Accuracy) from different tools and sources.
• Craft data into a presentable presentation, collaborate with different stakeholders (Business Partner, Regional Supply Chain lead, Global Supply Chain, Supply Chain and Finance) to provide deep-dive analyses and actionable insights that will be used to support KPI presentation.
• Develop smart and efficient solutions to churn out reporting and data extraction needs to build performance dashboards for regular tracking, provide insights based on data to assist in business decisions.
• Independently explore new approaches to analyze and present data.
• Design and develop Analytics Report, utilizing various Data Management tools.
• Support requests from different stakeholder in Finance, Supply Chain and Supply Chain for requested report and historic data.
• Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Directives and legal policy.
• Apply consistently Supply Chain processes and tools.
• Apply best practices based and share actively with peers and Supply Chain organization.
• Identify problems and suggest solutions.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Implement Process Digitization Tools - Artificial intelligence, Power BI and MS Power Platforms.
• Translate business requirements to digital solutions.
• Provide data-driven advice to business.
• Develop professionalism by learning business practices in Supply Chain.
• Develop working knowledge on processes and tools.
• Get exposure to the Supply Chain organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Arts, Humanity, Financial, Economics or any related field.
• Strong analytical skills, cost reduction mindset, interested in information technologies.
• Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• MS office, Power BI, SQL, Python and other automate solutions/applications.
