Responsibilities
• Expertise for Tender & Project
• Support sourcing supplier Mapping
• Contact point with customer and stakeholder
• Ensure Technical part of AFC RFQ
• Technical evaluation and sourcing support for supplier selection
• Lead all the coordination between the supplier and all subsystem interfaces definition
• Validate the all the documentation coming from the supplier (design, TC, training) monitor the supplier
• Validate the supplier standalone test and inspection
• Coordinate the integration test between the supplier and project team
• Ensure the full coverage and validation of the subsystem request
Requirements
• Electrical/Electronics engineer, specialised in systems inter-operability with minimum 8-10 years-experience in relevant AFC and interfaces within transportation systems
• Sense of urgency / priority.
• Customer & Product Focus.
• Structured and organised with Hands-on approach.
• English operational in read/writing and technical meetings and country language according to activity location
• Good knowledge and experience of AFC systems, wired and wireless communication and associated applications for network monitoring and control
• Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors on a large-scale metro or mainline project
• Good working knowledge of suppliers within the market and have demonstrated ability to work with procurement/legal to secure and then manage turnkey suppliers
• Strong business acumen and good understanding of project management with regards to scheduling and milestones
• Extensive use of business computer systems including Microsoft Office applications including Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.
