Key Account Manager (Health & Beauty Channel) - FMCG Mom & Baby
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts; specifically for Modern Trade Key Accounts and Health & Beauty Stores
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
• Achieve sales targets by identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts
• Identify and secure new accounts to expand market share
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing and other internal teams to implement promotional strategies and optimize product placement
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to drive account performance
• Analyze consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors specific to baby personal care
• Develop and execute account-specific plans to maximize revenue and profitability
• Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or the health & beauty sector
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing relationships with major retail accounts
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP tools, as well as MS Office Suite
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Passion for the health, beauty, and personal care industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Transport vehicle ownership for site visits will be a major plus
