About this position

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting high-potential investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior investment professionals to analyze market trends, perform due diligence, and support portfolio companies. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial and market analysis of prospective investment opportunities.
• Build financial models to assess business viability, growth potential, and return on investment.
• Evaluate startups across various stages, from early-stage to growth-stage companies.
• Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on sector developments and investment opportunities.
• Participate in due diligence processes, including analyzing company financials, operations, and legal aspects.
• Engage with founders and key stakeholders to assess management teams and company vision.
• Assist in tracking and reporting portfolio company performance.
• Provide strategic and operational support to portfolio companies as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop investment theses and present findings to decision-makers.
• Support fundraising activities and investor relations efforts as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in analyzing startups or working within the startup ecosystem is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software/tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
