About this position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, driving growth and brand recognition for our expanding health tech chain. This role combines strategic vision, creative leadership, and hands-on execution to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that align with our mission and goals.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set marketing priorities and goals.
• Lead efforts to position the company as a trusted, innovative leader in the health tech industry.
• Maintain and enhance brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Oversee public relations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns to promote new products, services, and locations.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team to achieve exceptional results.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to align strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and refine campaigns.
• Present regular performance updates and recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the healthcare, health tech, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
