About this position

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for monitoring cash positions, managing cash flow, and maintaining relationships with banks to ensure the company's financial operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for the company's operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treasury transactions and activities
• Doing approval of payment work
• Responsible for the bank loan process
• Responsible to develop and maintain relationships with banks
• Maintain good relationship with bank and other finance institution
• Review monthly closing
• Doing monthly report needed by Management and Headquarter

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Treasury and at least 1 year working experience as Treasury Supervisor
• Good knowledge in Financial and reporting
• Strong Analytical Thinking, Detail Orientation, Good Communication Skill
• Good knowledge in cash management and financial reporting
• Strong MS Excel Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin are preferred
• Willing to be located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
