Sales Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
About this position
The Sales Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) will support an expatriate employee by providing translation services and assisting in sales strategy analysis.
Responsibilities
• Act as a Personal Assistant and Mandarin translator for expatriate
• Accompany the expatriate employee during customer visits
• Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
• Assist the expatriate employee in controlling and analyzing sales strategies within the division
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both Spoken, Written, and Read) is essential
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant to an expatriate or as a Mandarin translator
• Interest in working in the Sales field
• Willingness to travel on business trips with the expatriate employee
• Ability to work in a team and handle multitasking
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
