Receptionist
About this position
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Responding to requests for help and information
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain ice cream stocks in lobby and create monthly reports on guest & employee ice cream consumption
Requirements
• Having experience 2-3 years in receptionist/front desk
• Fluent in English and it would be an advantageous if you able to speak Mandarin
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner
• Excellent in doing administrative task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
