HR Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
About this position
The HR Officer (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting payroll and employee relations activities.
Responsibilities
• Manage the employee (expatriate) life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Responsible for all activities related to attendance management, contract management, and visa
• Ensure all HR programs, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
• Support payroll and Industrial & Employee Relation activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least have 2 years of working experience in managing HR for foreign workers/expatriate (especially in work permit for foreign workers)
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
• Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
• Detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple task
• Advance proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
