About this position

The Sales Manager position at Alomedika requires a background in medicine, specifically a medical doctor. The role involves prospecting, lead generation, medical sales presentations, relationship building, negotiation, closing deals, meeting sales targets, market research, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of the hospital industry and doctor associations, expertise in business proposal development, excellent communication skills, proficiency in technology and sales automation tools, and strong time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation, Identify and qualify potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
• Medical Sales Presentations, Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product or service to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Relationship Building, Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiation, Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties' expectations.
• Closing Deals, Successfully close sales deals by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Targets, Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
• Market Research, Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Customer Service, Provide excellent post-sales support and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor
• Minimum 3 years on medical & pharmaceutical industry (digital & sales)
• Knowing hospital industry and doctor association
• Familiar on business proposal developing
• Excellent communication skill internally, to clients, and third parties
• Tech proficiency, comfortable using Technology, Sales automation tools, MS Office, and relevant software
• Time management skill to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines
