Automation Project Assistant Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage OMEGA projects across multiple departments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality meet expectations.
• Bridge communication between internal teams (construction, systems, operations, maintenance from Taiwan team and Thai Team) and external equipment suppliers.
• Allocate resources effectively and oversee supplier/contractor performance.
• Supervise installation and implementation in collaboration with on-site managers.
• Prepare progress reports, support procurement, and customs clearance, and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently.
• Initiative taker with a positive attitude to every challenge, willing to learn, passionate and a keen eye to detail.
• Effective communicator, able to convey complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Great time and risk management skills to prioritize the tasks.
• Adaptable and resilient, able to manage change and unforeseen challenges effectively.
• Willing to take on challenges and collaborate with multidiscipline professionals.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Experience in the execution of large projects including hardware and software.
• Experience in automation planning or implementation is a plus.
• Energetic, passionate, team-oriented personality and working style.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and functions to allocate resources wisely.
• Required languages (spoken and written) – Thai and English. With Mandarin oral & written communication skills will be an advantage.
