About this position

allnex is inviting you to join us as a Process Innovation Lead in our Process Innovation Laboratory at Rayong, Thailand. This role offers an excellent opportunity to oversee the daily operations of the Process Innovation Lab and lead a team of innovators and engineers to develop, test, and implement process improvements across the organization in close collaboration with PTT-GC Innovation Team.

Responsibilities

• Introduction of new products and processes in manufacturing practice.
• Manage the process innovation projects in the laboratory as well as support of the transfer of the new products to the production scale.
• Organization and set-up of the new Process Innovation Laboratory and expanding of capabilities of the team.
• Managing contacts and collaboration with PTT GC and third parties.
• Leadership in collaboration with PTT GC.
• Design and execution of lab trials in the Process Innovation Laboratory Rayong (incl. design and assembling of experimental installations).
• Analysis and evaluation of trial results, elaboration of recommendations for manufacturing as well as support of the implementation of the findings and optimized processes at production scale.
• Collection of specific process data required for the design and scale-up of new processes.
