About this position
The Senior Premier Business Manager is responsible for managing sales performance, developing team members, and maintaining bank partner relationships to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for number of sales, qualities of sales and impact related with sales such as recruitment, monitoring, evaluating and developing team member.
• Responsible to execute strategy sales planning to achieve sales targets and monitor & review daily sales performance & identify the weaknesses.
• Manage & engage bank partner relationship to ensure smooth running in delivering targets.
• Responsible regularly to review sales performance, supervising & develop sales team development strategy (conduct coaching & sales clinic, sales techniques, handling objection)
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or marketing major
• 8 Years experience in bancassurance sales area
• Strong selling skills, persuasive and good abilities to translate data into action
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
