About this position

Responsible for maintaining and developing relations with all producers and identify business opportunities in order to achieve sales target, developing visitation plan to all key broker to enhance relationships, and reviewing and monitoring business trend with performance reports.

Responsibilities

• To have relations with all existing producers and identify business opportunities.
• Make suggestions/recommendations for the improvement of working procedures or processes to increase work efficiency of the unit.
• Plan and implement marketing activities in order to achieve defined target.
• Conduct a regular sales & portfolio analysis to assure the consistency of performance and to improve it if necessary.
• Monitor and manage assigned broker in order to support sales volume.
• Promote relationships within the relevant industries on business and private level to be recognized as a reliable and valuable partner.
• Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvement.
• To ensure all related activities will be implemented as planned.
• Other related jobs as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
• At least 3 - 5 years experience in motor & non-motor insurance product.
• Sales & Marketing Skill.
• People management skill.
