Sr. Specialist - AAGI A&H Sales & Marketing - Phuket Branch
About this position
Responsible for expanding new customers and performing marketing activities based on a defined plan.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and select potential agents to plan and search for high-potential prospective Broker/Agents, and conduct structured interviews.
• Educate Broker/Agents to meet customers' needs and the right attitude in the insurance business.
• Educate and promote the use of Underwriting Department such as market analyst or underwriting to help agents manage a profitable book of business.
• Communicate with Broker/agents about new products and support the use of appropriate sale tools and promotional materials.
• Monitor Broker/agents regular activities by activity management, and assist Broker/Agents in activity strategies to respond to customer service requirements involving claim inquiries and service requests.
• Provide necessary support for Broker/agents in generating new business opportunities.
• Monitor performance and financial status of Broker/agents.
• Work closely with the Underwriting team and Sale Support Unit to enhance new business opportunities.
• Develop a business plan with the approval of the branch manager and BU Head and meet or exceed goals and implement all strategies.
• Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and development.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing management.
• Sales experience of Health products.
