About this position

The Specialist - A&H Customer Service - Call Center at Allianz Ayudhya is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, resolving problems, and maintaining customer information. The role requires good communication skills in both Thai and English.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Handling customer enquiries and solving problems concerning company services and products
• Update existing customer information
• Process of claim services
• Route calls to appropriate team
• Follow up customer calls un till completion and the members are always informed of the progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher level in related fields
• Preferably 2-3 years experiences in service industry
• Good communication and telephone skills (listening, comprehension, explaining)
• Good written and verbal skills in both Thai and English
• Able to work under pressure
