About this position

The Manager - AAGI A&H Sales & Marketing at the Phuket Branch is responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities, developing team competencies, and managing overall business operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing activities in order to achieve defined target
• Conduct a regular sales & portfolio analysis to assure the consistency of performance and to improve it if necessary
• Acquire new potential agents/broker and customers, maintain existing customers and expand new customers through all channel to meet the defined target target
• Develops business plan together with branch manager and BU Head and meets or exceeds goals and implements all stragies
• Ensure and manage expenses within the limited budget.
• Work with sales team by providing direction, guidelines and support in order to increase expertise of sales team and drive sales volume
• Educate Broker/Agents to meet customers' needs and right attitude in insurance business
• Provide guidelines and support to the team on underwriting, marketing, account & administrative function
• Perform quotation based on standard underwriting, for non-standard underwriting passing to underwriting manager—Head Office
• Manage overall day-to-day team operations and issues
• Coordinate and report with Head office in order to have a smooth operation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• At least 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing management
• Sales experience and strong knowledge of Health products
