Assistant Building Manager / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการอาคาร

Responsibilities
• Being customer-focused; Gain insight to customer needs; Continuously improve and innovate products and services; Create value to customers and gain their loyalty.
• Respect accept cross-team members and collaborate with them; Provide mutual support and assistance to achieve resource sharing; Develop organizational synergy, and enhance core competitiveness.
• Understand key points of problems or conflicts and their reasons; Use logical thinking from various perspectives to grasp key problems and make accurate judgment.
• Able to handle outsourcing construction workers and tenant's liaison.
• Supervision of cleaning contractor, security contractor, landscape contractor, sub-contractors and tenant fit out.
• Supervision of Building staff.
• Responsible for building when building manager is absent.
• Proactive in response to tenant inquiry and complaints.
• Proactive in correct defects reported by helpdesk or tenants.
• Supervise all contracts within the building.
• Report all incidents as they occur.
• Report all defects to helpdesk.
• Attend meeting, training courses as required.
• Others duties as requested.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years experiences of working experience in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Management or relevant field or 1 year experience of building management.
• Minimum 2 years in team management.
• Able to be good team player and leader.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal skills.
