About this position
ตำแหน่งธุรการอาคารมีหน้าที่หลักในการให้ข้อมูลทั่วไปแก่ผู้เช่าและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองต่อคำร้องขอของผู้เช่าอย่างรวดเร็ว.
Responsibilities
• Provide tenants with general information, including building management rules and regulations
• Coordinate with relevant departments and promptly respond to tenant requests and inquiries
• Address tenant complaints and facilitate effective resolution
• Issue work orders to the Engineering Team and compile weekly work order reports
• Collect OT air forms from tenants and calculate expenses for managerial review
• Collect fit-out related expenses, coordinate with contractors on work progress, and update the weekly contractor list
• Process deposit refunds upon the completion of fit-out work
• Issue Purchase Requests and follow up with suppliers/contractors on quotation submissions
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team for issuing Purchase Orders
• Assist the Building Manager in answering telephone calls, emailing tenants, drafting memos/letters, and managing complaints
• Prepare documents and coordinate with relevant parties to support building activities, such as retail center functions, annual fire drills, building decorations, and Merit Making events
• Coordinate with the accounting team for invoice/receipt settlements, reimbursements, and cheque due dates
• Inform suppliers/contractors about payment statuses
• Effectively coordinate with all departments to address tenant/visitor inquiries without delay
• Ensure smooth communication and prompt responses to all stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years experiences in Building Management field
• Good command in English (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
