About this position
Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for current open roles within the organization and identify future talent needs.
• Maintaining a talent pool and database for future hiring needs.
• Partner with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and focus recruiting efforts to align with the workforce plan.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Understanding HR marketing such as employer branding and career page.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent field.
• Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
• Familiar with some digital Recruitment/ HR applications and finding the new channel.
• Mature, proactive, trustworthy, and good team player.
