About this position

The Senior Business Intelligence Officer is responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting business analysis to enhance data visibility and performance monitoring across teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports ensuring data visibility for all teams
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs
• Integrate data and perform ad-hoc analysis
• Create KPIs measurement dashboard/tracker
• Conduct business analytical report to answer business question
• Conduct deeper analysis to answer business question
• Monitor overall performance across team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and other analytical tools
• Expertise in Power BI tools
• High attention to detail
• Minimum of 2 years in Data Science (DS) or Data Analytics (DA)
• Minimum of 2 years in Logistics
