Recruitment (Senior - Section Manager )
About this position
Responsibilities
• Support end to end recruitment processes
• Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill opening positions mass and back office such as Telesales, Transport Operation, Warehouse and etc.
• Source and recruit potential candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and present job offers.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Create and update progress reports to track research and recruitment process.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying and addressing talent requirements to onboarding new hires, always looking to further improve the candidate journey
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, social studies, HR or relevant field
• 3-8 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
• Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Familiar with some digital Recruitment/ HR application and finding the new channel.
• Mature, proactive, trust-worthy and good team player
• Candidate from logistics/Transportation of Supply Chain industry will be added advantage
