About this position

The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the vision, roadmap, and solution design of the Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Transportation Management System (TMS) product vision, roadmap, and solution design.
• Gather problem statements from operation stakeholders and find opportunities for functional improvement to propose new solutions in the form of business requirement documents.
• Prioritize requirements to build a product roadmap for development.
• Coordinate with the product development team to align business requirements & roadmap.
• Review product design framework to ensure quality user stories and deliverables.
• Be a PMO for TMS integration between internal and external systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any related fields.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Product Management/Product Owner.
• Experience in the Logistics industry or Last Mile delivery is a plus.
• Good at analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (both written and oral).
• Fluent in Thai and Full professional proficiency in English.
