About this position
Responsibilities
• Create and manage high-quality artwork and content, such as articles, videos, and social media posts.
• Review and refine content to ensure it aligns with the team’s strategy and communication channels.
• Plan and manage online marketing campaigns.
• Analyze the performance of campaigns across communication channels to improve content.
• Build and maintain relationships with the target audience through online activities and engagement.
• Use community feedback to help relevant teams improve recruitment and retention of Riders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as design, web development, and marketing, to ensure campaigns and projects achieve their objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role (5 years of experience preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and PR tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of brand management, media relations, and internal communication strategies.
