About this position

We are looking for Application/Service Support is responsible for providing second level support and testing program for our team to support work in fulfillment service systems and other related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Level of Application Support for application systems and software components.
• Troubleshoot and investigate the root cause of incidents that happen with application systems.
• Work closely with application development teams and vendor to investigate, fix and test applications Administrate application system of the company in term of application configuration, master data setup, application user id and permission management.
• Maintain SLA, application availability, capacity and performance KPI.
• Responsible for basic troubleshooting and report/follow up to technical team.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation of applications operation and procedure manuals.
• Track and analyze trends in application support requests.
• Oversee development and updates of help sheets, usage guides, and FAQ lists for end users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and quality objectives.
• Identify test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Develop, execute and maintain automation tests and results.
• Perform the Data driven testing to make sure all calculations are correct and accurate.
• Perform end-to-end functional, integration, smoke test.
• Report and document defect found during test cycles and following a defect until solved.
• Record and document test results, defects, and issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product team, business unit and customer.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on QA processes and best practices.
• Lead for system test (UAT) preparation and monitor as technical support after system roll out.
• Co-operate with internal & external region teams to make system Go-Live within schedule.
• Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
• Give consultation to junior application support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in application support or QA role.
• At least 2-3 years experience in Website or Mobile Application testing.
• At least 1 years experience in Automation Testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with TMS (Transportation management/ mid-mile,last-mile) will be an advantage.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Great service mind and user support skills, with ability to understand our customers’ business goals, user problems and how to support and solve them with best solutions.
