Group Brand Manager
About this position
The Group Brand Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and managing the overall performance of assigned skincare brands, including budget management and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the sales targets and the overall of skincare brands as assigned
• Manage budget, A&P spending and ensure sales forecast accuracy manages overall launch supports and brands’ marketing campaign such as promotion, special events, gift with purchase, samples, printed, product display, media exposure and in-store supports and inventory management
• Plans new products and promotional materials
• Analyze sales data and business KPI’s regularly and adjust business strategy and promotion activities with annual sales targets
• Analyze and evaluate the result of promotion package and marketing campaign
• Coordinate with supply chain and monitor on stock management to prevent out of stock situation and manage stock effectively
• Coordinate with sales team, merchandising, logistic, graphic, production, accounting, call center, public relation
• Coordinate and support with Sales team (all channel), trade marketing, promotion
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field
• 8 years working experience or more in brand building and management is a must
• Keen on Skincare/Cosmetics or FMCG Category
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good in Thai and English
• Good strategic planning, analytical, management and proactive
• Fluent in Computer Skill
