You will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs and activities and for ensuring that the Alila culture and spirit are alive and well within the hotel. You will work with departmental trainers on the development and implementation of on-the-job training to ensure that all team members are fully trained in their roles and able to deliver the high level of service that Alila is known for.

Requirements

• Ideally with University Degree in Human Resources, Education or hospitality/tourism management
• Previous experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in 5 stars hotel
• Experience in developing training programs and materials ideally in hospitality related industry
• Strong communication, presentation, administration, and interpersonal skills is a must
• Fluency in spoken and written both English and Indonesian Language
• Indonesian citizen.
