About this position
As an Assistant Manager Housekeeping, you are responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper to maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms and public areas. Your major responsibilities include ensuring guests are satisfied with hotel cleanliness, responding to guest needs, ensuring safety and security of rooms, maintaining inventory and cost controls, selecting, training, maintaining and managing a motivated and skilled work force. You also create a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality performance for Housekeeping team members to follow.

• Maintaining inventory and cost controls.
• Selecting, training, maintaining and managing a motivated and skilled work force.
• Creating a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality performance for Housekeeping team members to follow.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
• Previous housekeeping management experience in 5 star Hotels or Resorts.
• Display confidence, strong decision making and training skills.
• Efficient time scheduling.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
