About this position

As an Assistant Manager Housekeeping, you are responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper to maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms and public areas. Your major responsibilities include ensuring guests are satisfied with hotel cleanliness, responding to guest needs, ensuring safety and security of rooms, maintaining inventory and cost controls, selecting, training, maintaining and managing a motivated and skilled work force. You also create a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality performance for Housekeeping team members to follow.

Responsibilities

• Asistir al Ejecutivo de Limpieza para mantener la limpieza general del hotel, incluidas las habitaciones y las áreas públicas.
• Asegurar que los huéspedes estén satisfechos con la limpieza del hotel.
• Responder a las necesidades de los huéspedes.
• Asegurar la seguridad de las habitaciones.
• Mantener el inventario y los controles de costos.
• Seleccionar, capacitar, mantener y gestionar una fuerza laboral motivada y calificada.
• Crear una atmósfera amigable de servicio superior al huésped y rendimiento de calidad del producto para que los miembros del equipo de limpieza sigan.

Requirements

• Diploma o título en Gestión de Hospitalidad o similar.
• Experiencia previa en gestión de limpieza en hoteles o resorts de 5 estrellas.
• Mostrar confianza, habilidades sólidas de toma de decisiones y capacitación.
• Programación eficiente del tiempo.
• Fluidez en Bahasa Indonesia e inglés.
