About this position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Alila Seminyak. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, with the ability to drive revenue and develop strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and event bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a focus on luxury or boutique properties.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Bali market is a plus.
