About this position
Nestled on the cliffs of Bali's southern coastline, Alila Villas Uluwatu is renowned for its world-class hospitality and breathtaking views. As a Bar Host, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional experiences our guests have come to expect. You will provide outstanding food and beverage service, warmly welcome guests, and offer personalized menu recommendations. By creating a welcoming atmosphere and building strong connections with guests, you’ll help make their stay truly unforgettable. Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding food and beverage service.
• Warmly welcome guests.
• Offer personalized menu recommendations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build strong connections with guests.
Requirements
• A Diploma in hospitality or similar.
• Previous experience as a Bar Host.
• Excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our guests.
• Self-motivated with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
